The information entered by you is transferred to another DB (or stored in a filing cabinet if the information is written on paper) and stored for a certain period of time due to data protection reasons in accordance with our policy and other relevant laws and regulations (refer to “storage and utilization period of personal information”). When the retention period of the information is expired, we discard them immediately.
ο Discarding method
Personal information stored in the form of electronic file is deleted by a technical method that cannot recall the records.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not share any of your personal information with others or any third party. However, the following cases are excluded:
- In case the users agree to share their information in advance.
- In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, or where required by competent authorities with a purpose of investigation according to the procedures and methods outlined in the related statutes.
